Editors of Professional Builder selected the 100 Best Products based on four criteria: Technological Advancement, Significant Product Improvement, New Product Line Introduction, and Increasing the Competition of a Product Line. The purpose of the award is to recognize excellence in innovation and new technology and to spotlight manufacturers who significantly invest in research and development of their products.
SEALECTION Agribalance is an open-celled, semi-rigid polyurethane spray foam insulation that contains more than 10 percent renewable agriculture-based products, primarily vegetable oils. Because it expands to tightly fill the building cavity, SEALECTION Agribalance creates a healthier, quieter, more energy-efficient environment by sealing cracks, gaps and voids in attics, walls and ceilings. As a result of its energy-efficiency, SEALECTION Agribalance is more economical because it requires smaller heating and cooling units to create a comfortable environment.

HEATLOK SOY®
HEATLOK SOY®, a closed cell Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation, has a unique ecological benefit that recycles plastic waste into a Rigid Spray Polyurethane Foam. This helps to more efficiently utilize the world’s non renewable resources. HEATLOK SOY® can reduce excess waste and energy consumption in buildings by up to 50%. This is an excellent closed-cell spray foam insulation/air-barrier used in areas where relative humidity levels exceed 55%. American Air Barrier Association approved.
This two-component spray-applied rigid polyurethane foam is green in color having a nominal density 2 lbs/ft³.
