Understand the three “L’s” of Latino relationships – Labor, Leadership and Legal. Labor issues including recruiting, hiring, training and retention. Leadership issues will compare Latino leadership models with Anglo models. Legal issues will deal with current immigrations issues affecting the labor force as well as other possible legal dangers due to discrimination.
