Participants will learn to properly understand how to work with, manage, and do business with Latinos. The program provides insights to the Latino mindset that impact the recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, and leadership of Latino employees. In addition, learn how to sell ideas and vision to Latinos and how to create and maintain a unified business culture from multiple cultural backgrounds.
