Phil Kean as president of Phil Kean Design, Inc. is a nationally recognized Architect, Designer and Residential Contractor, past winner of the Concept Awards and past Winner of the Best of Show - Golden Aurora Award in 2007.
James Lucia, Partner and Co-Owner of Lucia & Monday Architecture is a member of the FAIBD, a nationally renowned speaker of Architecture and Design, past Concept Winner and a multiple award winner of the Aurora Awards for his design and build of many custom homes.
Allen Beaumont, Jr. of B& A Design Studio Inc. began his career as a Project Coordinator of a large commercial design firm in Winter Park and since 1997 has owned B& A Design Studio, Inc. as the past president, 2004 and 2005, of AIBD of Florida, Beaumont is a Certified Residential Designer and a Florida Certified Registered Contractor, who has won the coveted Concept Awards two times.
